14 Ye are the Light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden.
15 Neither do men light a candle, put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick, and it giveth Light unto all in the house.
16 Let your Light shine before men so that they may see your good works and glorify your Father, who is in heaven.
MESSAGE
God created different degrees of Light. He came to the earth as the world’s Light (John 9:5) and gave us a part of Himself to shine as Light. When we held our first convention at the first auditorium in Redemption City with a crowd of over 1,000 people, I thought we had a large congregation. Years later, I attended Kenneth Hagin’s camp meeting in the United States of America and saw hundreds of thousands of people. Immediately, my prayer point changed. Much later, I attended Dr. Yonggi Cho’s church in South Korea. I saw that they held seven services every Sunday and appealed to those who came in a particular week not to arrive the following week so that those who couldn’t attend that week could reach the following week. After seeing this, I became hungry for even more and prayed, “Lord, let me shine as a true light to the whole world so that millions will come to Jesus through me.” This is the primary reason I keep evangelizing and organizing outreaches at 82.
