MESSAGE
The rate at which health products and supplements are sold indicates an increase in health issues worldwide today. Some people have unhealthy eating habits and later look for health products to help remove excess fat. However, they would have zero health issues if they just ate right.
With my knowledge of the chemical components of food, I always ensure that plant-based foods such as vegetables and fruits are included in my family’s meals. Today’s memory verse supports this. It is essential to pay great attention to eating right so that you won’t have to battle diseases in the future. Also, eating balanced meals in moderate portions would be best. Don’t eat the quantity of food that you should ordinarily consume three times in one sitting with the excuse that you are growing or experiencing puberty-that is gluttony.
You have only one body; please take care of it. Don’t destroy overeating- much processed junk food, beef, coated food, etc.; eat healthily to build immunity and stay in shape to fulfill your kingdom’s purpose.
